2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a full refund:

  • Products must be returned unopened and in their original sealed packaging
  • The product must be in resalable condition
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at office@chraxellibrexar.world with your order details and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  3. Pack the product securely and ship it to the address we provide
  4. Include your order number and return authorization number in the package

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Exclusions

Opened products may not be eligible for refund due to hygiene and safety reasons. Custom or personalized items may be non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria or that appear to have been used, damaged, or tampered with.
